Only a basic level of fitness is required to tackle each course. There are a couple of restrictions, though. For instance, participants must weigh below 275 pounds. Also, there’s a minimum height requirement. You’ve got to be at least 54" to do the Tree Top Adventure Course and 36" to do the Junior Adventure Course.
