When it comes to finding great restaurants in Mississippi, the best thing to do is ask a local. And if you ask a Biloxi local where to get a good burger, they’re bound to respond The Project Lounge. The teeny tiny eatery has been serving up the “best burgers on the coast” for decades, proving that good things do come in small packages. Take a look:
This is The Project Lounge. It’s located in Biloxi on Iberville Drive, between Highway 90 and Pass Road.
As the name implies, the place features a full bar but that’s not all it has to offer. It’s also known for serving up legendary burgers and steak sandwiches.
Fittingly dubbed a "hole in the wall from dive bar Heaven," you won’t find any frills at The Project Lounge. But you will find some mouthwatering grub that more than makes up for it.
Made to order and piled high with toppings, the juicy burgers are definitely worthy of all the rave reviews and awards they’ve received over the years. But tantalizing hamburgers aren’t the only thing to entice meat-lovers at The Project Lounge.
The specialty, the rib eye sandwich, is also a must try. Aside from the quality meat used, it’s the secret rub that makes the sandwich so flavorful and tasty.
