Waterfalls may not be commonly associated with Mississippi but as it turns out the state is actually home to several. The Clark Creek Natural Area is a great place to check out since it is home to about 50 waterfalls. And of course you’ll want to visit the tallest waterfall in the state – Dunn's Falls, which is about 65 feet in height.

If you think witches are only for children, think again! The Witch of Yazoo is a huge part of the city’s history and as such adults and children alike enjoy the guided tours of Glenwood Cemetery – the witch’s final resting place.

Located several miles south of Gulfport and Biloxi, Ship Island offers visitors access to gorgeous beaches, beautiful water, and, of course, the chance to see the Atlantic Bottlenose dolphins that are commonly spotted in the area.
