After receiving a nearly half million dollar renovation several years ago, this well-known city landmark is better than ever. The lighthouse is open daily for tours, which cost $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 2–12.

From the Golden Nugget to the Hard Rock, world class casinos are scattered all along Mississippi’s Gulf Coast. Sure, your $10 probably won’t amount to anything, but it could end up turning into some serious cash.

In operation since 1909, this extremely rare carousel is by far one of Meridian’s most treasured landmarks. The carousel is located in Highland Park, where rides can be purchased for only fifty cents.
