Named one of the best restaurants in the country, this Long Beach eatery can do no wrong in terms of food. Everything on the menu is delicious, including the crawfish macaroni and cheese.
6. 10 South Rooftop Bar and Grill (1301 Washington St., Vicksburg)
This rooftop eatery is a must visit for die hard mac and cheese fans. Not only is the southern classic served as a side, but it also comes as an appetizer. Officially named Nick's Mac Nuggets, the delicious snack is made by deep frying mac and cheese - does it get any better?!
At this Florence fish house, the macaroni and cheese is as much a staple as the catfish. Even better, it’s served buffet style, so you can fill up on all your favorite southern dishes.
8. Sweet Tea and Biscuits Café (2025 McCullough Blvd., Tupelo)
As you’ve probably guessed from the name, this Tupelo restaurant serves up a slew of southern favorites – all of which are made using recipes passed down by the owners’ mother. The flavorful mac and cheese is the perfect side to any one of the homemade entrees.
