Lots of places claim to serve the best burger but not many can say they’ve been serving it for over 40 years. There are exceptions to every rule, though, and in this case, The Project Lounge is the exception. In business for decades, it’s become somewhat of a Gulf Coast icon, known for its consistently delicious hamburgers and equally as impressive steak sandwiches. Take a look:
The Project Lounge is located in a tiny, nondescript building on Iberville Road in Biloxi.
However, the grub is a completely different story. In fact, The Project Lounge is revered for its mouthwatering steak sandwiches and perfectly grilled burgers – and that’s no coincidence.
All burgers come topped with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onion. However, additional toppings, such as a variety of cheeses, mushrooms, bacon, and more can be added to the hamburgers.
An unassuming eatery that's been open for decades and is synonymous with great grub, The Project Lounge is the epitome of a hidden gem. And you'll definitely want to seek it out!
So, are you ready to pay a visit to this legendary eatery? The Project Lounge is open daily from 11 a.m. – 4 a.m. For more information, call (228) 435-3030. You can also visit The Project Lounge Facebook page.
