Small town Mississippi is full of surprises. Some of the state’s best attractions are hiding in the most remote areas. And Bar-T Adventures is a perfect example. Located in a tiny town of less than 1,000, the must-visit attraction features several obstacle courses, a rock climbing wall, and zip lines. Take a look:
Please note, Bar-T Adventures is no longer in business.
Bar-T Adventures is tucked away in Heidelberg, which is located in Jasper County.
But don’t worry; you’ll be wearing a harness, which is attached to an overheard cable. So if you lose your footing, you’ll slowly descend to the ground.
There are three ways up, so adventurers of all ages can attempt to make it to the top. Choose between scaling the rock climbing wall, shimmying up the knotted rope, or climbing the pole.
Don’t want to tackle the tower but still want to zip line? No problem; there’s another zip line that’s 12’ of the ground and 150’ in length. And for the little ones, there’s a 100’ zip line that’s just 6’ high.
