This All-You-Can-Eat Southern Food Buffet Hiding In Mississippi Is Heaven On Earth

This is Movie Star Restaurant. It’s located on Old Highway 11 in Hattiesburg.
A great place for a hearty meal, the restaurant features a "tastebud tingling" buffet that’s loaded with an authentic southern fare, including "the best fried chicken" in town.
The expansive spread is available every weekday as well as on Sunday. On weekdays, the buffet features southern classics, like fried chicken, green beans, rice and gravy, mashed potatoes, and cornbread.
Stop by for the Sunday buffet, and you’ll be treated to the same items found on the weekday buffet, plus meatloaf, roast, ham, smoked chicken, corn, English peas, lima beans, potato salad, and much more.
With authentically southern recipes, it’s no surprise that Movie Star Restaurant’s buffet is constantly being included in the best buffet rankings for Mississippi.
