If you’re looking for a restaurant that has it all, Country Gentleman won’t disappoint. In addition to great service and a homey setting, the eatery serves up a tasty fare that includes local favorites, fresh baked goods, and authentic Greek food. Take a look:
Located in a Gautier shopping center, Country Gentleman isn’t very conspicuous. In fact, it’d be easy to drive right past it, but you don’t want to do that.
Friendly servers and a comfy setting are far from all the Country Gentleman has going for it, though. The fare, more specifically, the Greek food is what really sets the eatery apart from others.
There are hundreds of reviews online and the consensus is the same – the authentic Greek grub is absolutely delicious, which makes sense once you learn the owners are from Greece.
Offering something for all palettes, the menu doesn’t just include Mediterranean dishes. There’s also a variety of sandwiches, burgers, and pressed po’ boys.
A popular spot, Country Gentleman's parking lot is often full, but don't let that stop you from visiting what's one of the Gulf Coast's favorite eateries!
Country Gentleman is open seven days a week. Visit Monday – Thursday, from 10:45 a.m. – 9 p.m., Friday – Saturday, from 10:45 a.m. – 10 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. For more information, call (228) 522-0615. You can also visit the Country Gentleman Facebook.
This isn’t the Gulf Coast’s only must-visit eatery. Read about another here.
