Mark your calendars! On March 5th, Biloxi will be hosting a ribbon-cutting and block party to celebrate the opening of The District on Howard. Recently revamped, the new community gathering place has a lot to offer, especially during the upcoming festivities, which will bring live entertainment and several food trucks to the area.
