Though Daniella was born in New York and has lived in a couple of other states, Mississippi has been her home for more than 30 years. Some Mississippi cities, like Natchez and Columbus, have tons of well-preserved antebellum buildings. Other areas of the state aren’t as fortunate. For instance, the Old Brick House is one of only a couple of antebellum houses still standing on Mississippi’s Gulf Coast. Having weathered numerous hurricanes and several centuries, it’s a Gulf Coast landmark, offering visitors a unique glimpse into the past.
