Just last year, Bon Appetit released a list of the “50 Best New Restaurants in America.” The list included only two pizzerias – Timber Pizza Company in Washington, D.C. and Saint Leo in Oxford. That’s right; a Mississippi pizzeria made its way onto the list! The “smoke-tinged pies made with quality ingredients” are what earned the eatery its spot on the list, but there’s lots more to love about the pizzeria. Take a look:
