With so many great day trip destinations in the Magnolia State, it can be easy to overlook a few. And one you don’t want to miss is Livingston Mercantile. Like many of Mississippi’s best gems, it’s tucked away in a tiny town. However, it’s definitely worth the effort it takes to get to since it’s an incredible one-stop-shop that includes an eatery, gift boutique, bakery, general store, and gas station. Take a look:
The restaurant at Livingston Mercantile is open Tuesday – Friday, from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Saturday – Sunday, from 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. The mercantile store is open Monday – Wednesday, from 6 a.m. – 8 p.m., Thursday – Saturday, from 6 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Sundays, from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. For more information, call (601) 667-4282. You can also visit the Livingston Mercantile website or Facebook page.
