More specifically, they’d want to visit the irresistible restaurants below – all of which are famous in their own right. Some are known for a single menu item, while others are revered for their historic significance. Whatever the reason for their fame, they define Mississippi and belong on your bucket list.
Fried chicken is a southern staple, and you’ll find the "world’s best" at the Old Country Store. One of Mississippi’s most famous restaurants, Mary Mahoney’s is located in an old house that dates back to 1737!
