There are dinosaur parks all over the country. And while we may not have one here in the Magnolia State, we do have a great alternative. In Mississippi until 2020, the Dinosaurs Around The World exhibit includes 13 giant dinosaurs that move! But that’s not all. The immersive exhibit features lots of details, transporting visitors back to the pre-historic era. Take a look:

Dinosaurs Around The World is currently at the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science.
Produced by Imagine Exhibitions, it was created in collaboration with Dr. Gregory M. Erickson - one of only 150 full time professional dinosaur paleontologists in the entire world!
Far from your typical exhibit, this one features lots of intricate details. Completely immersive, visitors are transported back to a time before the continents existed and the dinosaurs ruled the Earth.
A multi-layered narrative provides tons of information. You'll learn all about the dispersion of dinosaurs during the splitting of Pangea and what the continents were like at that time.
The mighty T. rex of North America, the swift Velociraptor of the Gobi Desert, and the Amargasaurus from the jungles of South America are just three of the dinosaurs included in the exhibit.
Check out the video below to learn more about the exhibit.
So, are you ready for a roaring good time? Remember, the exhibit is in Mississippi until January 5, 2020. So make sure to mark your calendar. For more information, call (601) 576-6000. You can also visit the museum’s website or Facebook page.
