Being named one of the world’s best B&Bs is a huge honor. However, it’s far from the only honor bestowed upon Historic Oak Hill Inn. In the years since the current owners purchased the property, the inn has won countless awards – and after one visit, it’s easy to see why it’s so revered. Take a look:
Located in the heart of Natchez’s garden district, Historic Oak Hill Inn has been wowing visitors for nearly two decades.
Quickly climbing the ranks of the world’s best inns, it’s received a plethora of awards and accolades, including taking the title of Natchez’s best B&B – an impressive feat since Natchez is billed as the B&B Capital of the South.
In 2014, BuzzFeed named it one of the 13 most amazing B&B’s in the world. And most recently, during the 2020 TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice™ Awards, it was deemed the 4th best B&B in the U.S. and the 12th best in the world.
Achieving worldwide recognition is a huge accomplishment, especially since the TripAdvisor Travelers’ Choice™ Awards are based solely on customer reviews.
In addition to breakfast, guests are treated to homemade mint juleps and chocolate chip cookies upon arrival, a tour of Oak Hill, and access to the gorgeous grounds.
Over the years, people have traveled from as far as Australia, Tasmania, England, and Ireland to stay at Historic Oak Hill Inn. Lucky for us Mississippians, a visit is as easy as a car ride.
