With a population that hovers just under 40,000 residents, Tupelo is a big city that still holds onto its small-town charm. Tupelo is most well-known for being the birthplace of Elvis Presley, and fans might be surprised to learn about this little-known nature trail in Tupelo that the King grew up playing around. After a day of scenic strolling, head over to the Blue Canoe, a longstanding restaurant in Tupelo, Mississippi, for some delicious grub. They also have an extensive beer menu and live music on the weekends.
