Get your creative juices flowing with a visit to Mohawk Steel and Glass Co.! The hot glass shop not only sells its one-of-a-kind glass creations, but it does day-time appointments, date nights, and other awesome events, where you can blow your own glass pieces of artwork.
Opened in 2016, Mohawk Steel and Glass Co. is nestled on Thomley’s Christmas Tree Farm in Hattiesburg.

Next, you’ll pick out colors for your glass creation. By the end of the session, you’ll have learned exactly what goes into the glassblowing process – and you’ll have a lovely piece of artwork to show for it!
Well, what do you think? Are you ready to start creating? There are a few things to keep in mind. First, glassblowing sessions must be booked in advance.
And since glassblowing involves extremely high temperatures, Mohawk Steel and Glass Co. is open seasonally, from October – December, when it’s a bit cooler out.
Lastly, you don’t have to blow your own glass to enjoy hand-blown glass creations. Mohawk Steel and Glass Co. carries a variety of already-made pieces, which are available for purchase.
