The Pearl River is among the most well-known rivers in Mississippi. And while many are aware of the river’s existence, most are completely oblivious to the dangers that lurk just beneath the water’s surface.

Beginning in Neshoba County, the Pearl River meanders over 400 miles through Mississippi and Louisiana before emptying into the Gulf of Mexico.
