In Mississippi, restaurants with boiled seafood are nearly as plentiful as those with sweet tea. However, there aren’t many restaurants that let you build-your-own seafood boil, but there are a few and Breaux Bridge is one of them. A completely customizable culinary experience, you pick your favorite seafood, choose a quantity, and select the seasoning used. Take a look:
Opened in August 2018, Breaux Bridge is still fairly new, but that hasn’t stopped the Columbus eatery from receiving rave reviews.
Don’t let the eatery’s classification as a Cajun-Asian seafood restaurant, deter you. The seafood-centered menu features all sorts of local favorites, like gumbo and po’boys, in addition to popular Asian dishes, such as fried rice. (It’s really the best of both worlds!)
With the build-your-own boils, you have full control over your dish, so they're a great choice for picky eaters or those who simply know what they want.
At Breaux Bridge, bibs are provided for diners of all ages, playing with your food is encouraged, and your meal is cooked to your liking. What’s not to love?
