Pass Christian is a small town with roughly 6,000 residents. Don’t let its size fool you, though. There are lots of things to do in Pass Christian, including going for a hike along the Bell’s Ferry Nature Trail. It’s so peaceful and secluded that you’ll actually be able to hear yourself think, making it the perfect place for an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The Bell’s Ferry Nature Trail is pretty remote. Not only is it tucked away in a small town, but it’s nestled within the Wolf River Preserve.
Don’t let its out-of-the-way locale deter you, though. Wolf River Preserve is just over 1 mile from I-10 – even though it seems like it is worlds away.
The trail may be out of sight, but it’s not out of mind, so to speak.
Spanning 101 acres, the preserve features a unique mix of habitats and a variety of plant life – and the Bell’s Ferry Nature Trail is the perfect way to see all of it!
An easy hike with lots of opportunities for recreation and education, the Bell’s Ferry Nature Trail is the perfect hike for families. You can even bring along your pooch, so long as it is on a leash.
