Minnesota has many excellent breweries! In the past, we’ve covered historic spots such as Schell’s in New Ulm as well as up-and-coming breweries like South X SouthEast in Pine Island, just outside of Rochester. But when you consider the sheer number of breweries in Minnesota, those two barely scratch the surface. That’s why we’re here again with yet another wonderful Minnesota brewery. Under Pressure Brewing not only creates great brews. But they serve them up in a truly unique setting. Read on below to learn more about this medieval-themed brewery:
Under Pressure Brewing is a brewery in Golden Valley, Minnesota. This community is just outside Minneapolis, making the brewery a great place to visit for people near the metro. It looks like your average brewery on the outside...
...but inside, you might be surprised by what you find! Under Pressure is decorated in a medieval theme, and it's carried through the entire brewery. In the sitting area, a book-lined wall surrounds the tables, which look like something from a King Arthur story.
Under Pressure is also known for its blendery, where different beers are blended to make something new! Named blends include the Bloody Dragon - a Bloody Mary blend - and the Butterbeer. If you don't find something that interests you, you can create your own blend!
Udner Pressure Brewing offers great beers in a fun setting. For more information about the brewery, including hours, offerings, and more, visit their website. And if you’re looking for even more Minnesota breweries, check out our past articles about Canal Park Brewing Company and Karst Brewing.
