Lanesboro, Minnesota, is known for a few things. For one thing, it is the Bed and Breakfast Capital of Minnesota, with many beautiful – and historic – properties located within city limits. The town is also right on the Root River, with a gorgeous trail running alongside the river and through town. But one Lanesboro amenity that gets overlooked? Its delicious restaurant scene.
