Have you ever heard of Emmaville, Minnesota? We don’t blame you if you haven’t. Located in north central Minnesota, this tiny community is far from Minnesota’s largest cities. In fact, with a population of just four people, Emmaville is one of the tiniest towns in the entire state. But don’t let that stop you from visiting. Emmaville touts itself as “The Biggest Little Small Town In The World.” The town has everything you need in a town, all wrapped up in a delightful restaurant that serves up delicious food – and more.
The Emmaville Inn is a must-stop spot for travelers and locals alike. It's located at 28021 on County Road 4, about 15 miles north of Park Rapids.
When you pull up, you might first notice the gas pumps outside. You can fill your car's tank outside, and then pop into the restaurant to fill your own.
Gassing up isn't all you can do here. The Emmaville is a one-stop shop for groceries, camping, sleeping accommodations, and more. You can even buy bait for your fishing trip.
Of course, the biggest reason to visit is for the charming cafe. With a cozy dining room and friendly staff, you'll feel at home as soon as you step in the door.
