Small towns across the United States don’t have a great reputation for excellent restaurants. Most have a few casual diners or cafés that – while they serve up great food – are not very unique in their cuisine. Small-town Minnesota challenges that stereotype. Our state has great restaurants in every region. One of the tastiest? A German restaurant in northern Minnesota that will pleasantly surprise you.
