Food trucks are popular places to eat in Minnesota. We even have an annual Food Truck Festival that brings some of the best food trucks to one place. But there are even more ways to find the food that these trucks bring, including an indoor food truck attraction in St. Paul. Seventh Street Truck Park is a quirky spot with plenty of fun and food for guests to enjoy on their night out. Next time you’re craving a great bite to eat – and maybe a fun drink to go along with it – head on over to this colorful establishment. Read on below to learn more about it:
Seventh Street Truck Park is an indoor food truck destination on the vibrant West 7th Street in St. Paul, Minnesota. Open Thursday through Sunday, it's a great place to check out for a lively weekend.
Inside, you'll find a fun and quirky space. The walls are loaded with signs and memorabilia with an Americana, road trip-style vibe. It's a feast for the eyes as much as it is for the stomach.
Sitting at the bar is also a great option. Take up a stool at the counter - decked out in old license plates - and watch the lively atmosphere around you.
As for the food, there's plenty to try here! If you're craving BBQ, the pulled pork, pulled chicken, and brisket sandwiches are delicious. Consider adding a side of mac and cheese to go along with your meal!
The street tacos are also outstanding. They are served with your choice of chicken, pork, or black beans. The protein is topped with queso fresco and cilantro lime slaw. Yum! Nachos, taco salad, and chips and guac will also satisfy those in a taco mood.
You can't go wrong with the pizza, too. Cheese, Pepperoni, and Minnesota Wild - mushrooms, smoked elk, sausage, and cheese - are all regular choices. There's also a flavor of the day. All slices are absolutely enormous!
Of course, there are plenty of beers on tap as well. Between the great food, cold drinks, and fun setting, you'll love your visit to this indoor food truck destination!
