Did you know that Minnesota has a mountain range? It doesn’t hold the soaring peaks of the Rockies – or even the Appalachians – but it’s one of the most beautiful places in Minnesota. Those who visit Minnesota’s Sawtooth Mountains are dazzled by the heights that these low peaks can bring you to. There are many places to discover the Sawtooth Mountains, but one favorite of many is atop Mount Josephine. This peak near Grand Portage isn’t the highest in Minnesota. But it does offer some of the most awe-inspiring views! Read on to learn about the trail that will take you to the top – and about the sight you’ll see when you get there.
