But there are many newer shops as well, like Wonders, the first rolled ice cream shop in Minnesota. Today, we want to add another new but great ice cream hotspot to the list. MN Eis is a brand-new ice cream and candy shop in New Ulm, Minnesota. There are many sweets up for grabs here. But the most unique is a novelty German ice cream dish called Spaghettieis. Read on below to learn more about this tasty treat and the many other goodies that MN Eis has up for grabs.
MN Eis is a brand-new ice cream and sweet shop in New Ulm, Minnesota. This small town is known for its German heritage, so it should come as no surprise that its specialty item comes straight out of Deutschland!
Spaghettieis - which translates to "spaghetti ice cream" - is a fun German ice cream that is made to look like spaghetti! Long, thin strands of vanilla ice cream are topped with strawberry sauce. White chocolate shavings on top look like parmesan cheese!

Ice cream isn't the only sweet treat up for grabs here. MN Eis has 30 different types of candy to choose from. It's sold by the pound, so you can get as much or as little as you like.
