The night before Christmas brings with it widespread anticipation of the gifts to come the following morning, and for many in the upcoming year as well. In Minnesota, many of us are hoping for some of the same presents, and I’m not talking about that discounted Shop Vac from Menards, sorry Dad. From weather patterns to sports victories, here’s what Minnesota wants from Santa the most this holiday season.

Because we love all our teams, and want to see them succeed (for once?).

The State Fair would be infinitely better. But Santa, a discount on personal training would also be okay.

Or at least fewer mosquito bites. They can stay as long as they leave us alone.

Because when it comes down to it, family is the most important thing.
