Saint Paul is Minneapolis’ quieter twin sibling. We don’t focus on Saint Paul very often, but when we do it’s for a really good reason. The Minnesota State Fair is just that reason. Sure, you might say The Great Minnesota Get-Together is a fair to celebrate all of Minnesota in the last two weeks of August, but we all know the Fair is really about food. Wild, greasy, artery-clogging food. The Minnesota State Fair is the most incredible food festival in all of the Twin Cities, the state of Minnesota, and possibly even the world. You absolutely cannot miss it.
