It’s almost autumn, which means it’s time to drink some cider, jump on some crunchy leaves, and follow every corn maze that your heart desires. 1. Sever's Fall Festival (September 8 - October 29)
Head down to Sever's new location at Canterbury Park to experience a spectacular hay and corn maze, watch pig races, and roll around in the corn pit. Of course autumn inspired food will be readily available. This is the perfect way to spend an autumn day!

2. Payne Arcade Harvest Parade (September 23rd)
Get in the fall spirit with the rest of Eastside Saint Paul at the Harvest Parade! Numerous local businesses and organizations will be following the parade, and many dressed in goofy costumes. It'll be fun for the whole family!
3. Twin Cities Harvest Festival (September 23 - October 29)
Do you think you can tackle the largest corn maze in Minnesota? All 20 acres of it? Yes, this is the actual design of the maze from above! This year the Twin Cities Harvest Festival and Maze have partnered with the Minnesota Vikings to create this huge wonder. The festival will also have food vendors, a petting zoo, a pumpkin patch, and so much more.

4. Apple Festival at Gibbs Farm (September 30th)
From 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on September 30th, it'll be one crazy hazy day of fall at Gibbs Farm. Visitors will be able to view a cider making demonstration, go bobbing for apples, make apple-centered crafts and taste test some of the wonderful homemade apple treats Gibbs Farm has to offer. Did we mention they have apples? Admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children over the age of three.

5. Minnesota Landscape Arboretum's Fall Festival (September 30th)
Live music, pumpkin bowling, and a scarecrow building contest; what could be more exciting on a fall day at on the Arboretum's grounds? Fall foliage will set the scene for apple tasting and face painting. making it a fun day for everyone.

6. Minneapolis Oktoberfest (October 2-4)
Time to put on your lederhosen and drink a boot of beer to celebrate fall like the Germans do! Tickets must be reserved to celebrate Oktoberfest within the festival lines, but know that many bars in Minneapolis and Saint Paul will be celebrating as well!

7. Stillwater Harvest Festival (October 14-15)
If you've ever wanted to see a humongous pumpkin plummet to the ground, only to explode into a million orange pieces, then the Stillwater Harvest Festival is for you. They practically make fall festivals into an extreme sport. There's also a pumpkin boat race, where people sit in a giant pumpkin like a boat and row down the St. Croix River.

8. Fall on the Farm at Eidem Homestead (October 14th)
This completely restored turn of the century farm in Brooklyn Park welcomes families to experience fall on the Eidem homestead. You can watch the farmers press cider the way they would in the late 19th and early 20th century as well as tour the house, where you might just find some autumn treats being made. Everyone on the farm is dressed traditionally, making it a fun and lively history lesson.

9. 50th and France Pumpkin Festival (October 29th)
For over 30 years, 50th and France has taken a day to transform the shopping center into a free pre-Halloween party. Stores will allow kids to come in and trick or treat, there's a cake walk, and a costume contest. It's a fun and safe way to begin Halloween celebrations!
