They may be called the Twin Cities, but St. Paul and Minneapolis are quite different. Any Twin Cities resident will tell you as much. Where Minneapolis is more modern and fast-paced, St. Paul is a little more laid-back. Luckily, you can easily experience both when you visit.
Yeah, maybe our winters are pretty harsh. But we make up for it as soon as the temperature rises above 40. We're lucky to have tons of places - lakes, state parks, trails, and more - to enjoy the outdoors when the weather allows. You won't find another state more excited about soaking in every ray of sunshine.
