It’s no secret to Minnesotans that the Land of 10,000 Lakes is one of the best places to live in the entire nation. Sure, other states may dispute this fact, but we know the truth. Despite the unpredictable weather, the state is full of incredible beauty, fun activities, and wonderful people. There is one town in particular that perfectly exemplifies all that Minnesota has to offer. It has a little bit of everything, from beautiful surroundings to great restaurants to outstanding antique shopping. Take a look:
Stillwater, Minnesota, is a charming town about 25 miles north of Minneapolis. It lies on the eastern banks of the St. Croix River.
Aside from dining, there are plenty of great things to do in Stillwater's historic downtown. For example, a few lovely local bookstores make their homes there.
Would you agree that Stillwater has a little bit of everything? Do any other Minnesota towns fit the description? Share what you think in the comments below!
