Joseph Forepaugh, the original owner, killed himself after having an affair with a maid, and being outed for his adultery.

After his death, the mistress hung herself from a chandelier inside the house.

Many staff and guests have observed paranormal activity that is suspected to be caused by Molly and Joseph haunting the building.

From noises to moving glasses, to lights being turned on randomly, there is definitely something spooky happening at Forepaugh's.
