The Anoka State Hospital, now the Anoka-Metro Regional Treatment Center is an old mental health facility, and rumor has it that the patients are pretty unhappy. One former employee reported going into the tunnels with a recorder, which was later collected and had a very clear warning on it to "get out" from someone who was definitely not in the group of explorers. Other visitors report hearing laughter and whispers from the tunnels, where people reportedly used to attempt escape. This Psychiatric Hospital is definitely the epicenter of some paranormal activity.
