Most of the quirkiest restaurants in Minnesota have quite the following. In Minneapolis, Betty Danger’s and Psycho Suzi’s stand out as funky themed restaurants. Just outside of the Twin Cities, the Choo Choo Restaurant & Bar is a train-themed restaurant that’s fun for the whole family. And much further west, the Whistle Stop Diner is actually built inside of a retired train car. But there are plenty of other whimsical eateries all across the state.
