There’s always an exciting event taking place, or an interesting new restaurant opening up. That certainly rang true when Wonders Ice Cream opened up last year in St. Paul. This restaurant is the first of its kind in Minnesota, and it’s well worth visiting.

This unique ice cream is created when an ice cream base is added to a flavor of your choice. Toppings come next, and the entire mixture is poured onto a -20-degree ice grill. Next, the ice cream will be cooled and scraped into perfect rolls.
