Fuji Ya has been around, in one form or another, since 1959. It began in a two-car garage and is now in a beautiful spot in south Minneapolis. You'll find it at 600 W Lake St., Minneapolis, MN 55408.

The business grew for many years, though it did go through a 10-year hiatus in the 1990s. But once it reopened, Fuji Ya picked up where it started.
