Most people don’t consider the Midwest a hot spot to get a good meal. That goes double for small towns in the Midwest. But we’re here to tell you that there are plenty of small towns all over the region with restaurants that will knock your socks off. Here in Minnesota, one of the best food destinations is the little farm town of Sauk Centre. Tough this town isn’t a large metropolis, it is home to several delicious restaurants that draw visitors from miles around. Take a look:
Sauk Centre is a small central Minnesota town best known for its Main Street made famous by Sinclair Lewis in 1920.
Each of these restaurants is fantastic, but there's one outside of town that takes things one step further. Just outside of this tiny farm town is an entire farm restaurant .Tutti Fruiti Kitchen & Market Farm is not to be missed.
With many ingredients grown just a few feet away, it'll be one of the freshest meals you'll ever have. Top it off with a homemade baked treat, and you'll be in hog heaven.
