The original owner was a bootlegger during the Prohibition era. He opened the restaurant was established in 1933, right as the ban on alcohol ended. Today, his family still owns and operates the restaurant.

The dining area is full of charm. Plenty of art decorates the walls, giving off an eclectic feel that will take you back in time.
