Here in Minnesota, there’s a lot of competition for who makes the best burger. For decades, 5-8 Club and Matt’s Bar have competed over ownership of the famous Juicy/Jucy Lucy. In more recent years, Blue Door Pub has thrown its hat into the ring with the Blucy, a blue cheese-filled burger.
