Caffe Biaggio is a charming neighborhood Italian restaurant in St. Paul, Minnesota. The restaurant opened in 2002 and has been serving delicious Italian food ever since. It is easily accessible for light rail riders along the Green Line.
If you'd prefer a little more action, sit by the window and watch the happenings along busy University Avenue. There is always something interesting to see.
The menu at Caffe Biaggio is filled with great choices. Start your meal with a great app, such as the calamari or arancine, a fried risotto ball filled with mozzarella. Yum!
