It's time to talk about the battle of the Jucy (or Juicy, if you're at 5-8 Club) Lucy, Minnesota's famous cheese-stuffed burger. The Lucy's origin is hotly contested, with Matt's Bar and the 5-8 Club each vying for the claim to fame. A trip to both locations is a necessity on any Minnesota burger bucket list.
