What do you do when you want to bring a little color in your life? If you’re hungry, you might make a quick stop at one of Minnesota’s most colorful eateries. Victor’s 1959 Cafe is a bright blue restaurant that has been around since 1999. The colorful exterior gives way to even more colorful food, and it’s 100% delicious. Take a look:
Victor's 1959 Cafe is located in a can't-miss-it building in Minneapolis, Minnesota. You'll find it at 3756 Grand Ave. S, Minneapolis, MN 55409.
Victor's has been around since 1999 and is still going strong. The bright blue facade is accompanied by charming wood shingle siding. It matches the Caribbean theme of the restaurant.
When the weather is cool, go inside. The interior just as bright as the exterior. The layers of graffiti covering the walls will provide entertainment as you wait for your food.
