The Rock Creek Cafe is a hole-in-the-wall restaurant located in the tiny east-central Minnesota town of Rock Creek. The restaurant is right off of I-35 at 5737 Highway 70.
But if you want to try something truly special, go with the Heidelberger's Haystack. This breakfast, named for the family that owns the restaurant, is made up of eggs, sausage, and hashbrowns, all smothered in sausage gravy. Yum!
