Where’s the best place to go when you want a restaurant that’ll satisfy just about every palate? Or when you want to try lots of different things without paying big bucks for separate entrees? A buffet, of course. There are many to choose from in Minnesota, but if you’re looking for one that’s just a little more special, try the Cornerstone Buffet & Restaurant. This is a comfortable all-you-can-eat dining experience that you don’t want to miss.
There are actually two Cornerstone locations, both in central Minnesota. One is in Melrose, and the other is in Sartell.
The restaurant has a regular menu full of delicious options. You can't go wrong with any of the comfort food classics, from steak and eggs to made-from-scratch pizzas.
Aside from salads, every day of the week holds something new. You'll want to make sure you're up for that night's cuisine before you go.
