During its early days, the building served as a concert hall and theatre, hosting everything from rock acts to standup comedians.

In 1976, the building was largely converted into office space, but there was one issue: workers demanded more parking around the area. This forced developers to get creative.

To solve the parking dilemma, builders converted the original theatre into an ornate, one-of-a-kind parking structure that looks like something from another world.
