Jake and Leeann Chamberlain and their three children introduced themselves as the Grand Victorian Bed & Breakfast’s new owners in a Jan. 31, 2022, Facebook post, expressing pride in the “iconic home, full of history, beauty, and so many memories.” Bellaire is 37 miles northeast of Traverse City.
