Crater Lake is considered one of America’s most spectacular natural wonders. Formed by the collapse of a 12,000-foot volcano, it’s truly epic in every sense of the word. Yet you don’t need to travel far from Michigan to discover a place that’s every bit as magical. Today, we’re heading into the Porcupine Mountains to uncover one of the state’s most spectacular destinations: Lake of the Clouds in the Upper Peninsula. And it’s every bit as dreamy as its name implies!
Have you ever experienced Lake of the Clouds in person? What did you think of this magical destination in Michigan?
