The Motown Museum in Detroit is a must-see for any music lover as it’s located at the original Motown Records recording studio where so many musical legends like Ray Charles, Marvin Gaye, The Supremes, and Stevie Wonder recorded classic songs that we’ll never forget.
Cherry Hill Nature Preserve is only 40 miles west of Detroit and is a gorgeous natural getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Motown Museum is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and otherwise, open 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. They change their exhibit once or twice a year. Cherry Hill Nature Preserve is open from dawn until dusk every day.
